Stardust Lips

One day

                You’ll glimpse her admiring eye;
attentive and curious; as had been mine.

specs of light catching flight on each hue refracted under the moonlight.
Her pupil’s like constellations that flicker and glint; a galaxy locked from view- a marvel designed for you.
You’ll carelessly cup her chin,

pull her close,

then lean in…

Her stardust lips pressed to thee

 you’ll wonder why

 every woman

                still tastes

                                like me.
